1. Acceptance of terms
Use of the website amoraltaco.com.co implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.
2. General information
This site is owned by Amor al Taco, a Mexican taqueria located at Tv. 57 #104b-86, Puente Largo, Suba, Bogotá, Colombia. Its purpose is to provide information about our restaurant, menu, location and hours, as well as to facilitate contact with potential customers.
3. Use of the site
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of third parties or impair the operation of the site. The following is prohibited:
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the site or its supporting servers without authorization.
- Introducing viruses, worms, malicious code or any other technologically harmful material.
- Reverse engineering, mass scraping or copying the content without express authorization.
- Using the site's information to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam).

5. Product and pricing information
The prices, dish descriptions and availability shown on the website are informational and may change without notice. The final prices at the time of your visit or order will be those displayed on the physical menu at the venue or on the Rappi platform. Images are for reference.
6. Bookings and orders
Bookings are managed via WhatsApp at +57 320 332 3301. A booking is confirmed only when you receive explicit confirmation from us.
Deliveries are managed exclusively through Rappi. The terms of the delivery service (times, costs, refunds) are governed by Rappi's policies.
7. Promotions and offers
The "2x1 on Margaritas every day" and other published promotions are subject to:
- Product availability.
- Only valid for in-venue consumption.
- Not combinable with other promotions, unless otherwise stated.
- Amor al Taco reserves the right to modify or end promotions without notice.
The service of alcoholic beverages is subject to Colombian legislation: 18+ only and excess alcohol is harmful to health (Colombian Law 124 of 1994).
8. Limitation of liability
Amor al Taco is not responsible for:
- Temporary interruptions of the website for technical reasons.
- Outdated information on the site regarding the menu, hours or prices.
- Damages arising from the use of third-party services linked from the site (Rappi, Google Maps, etc.).
- Allergic reactions — if you have food allergies, please let us know before ordering.
9. Links to third-party sites
The site may contain links to external sites (Rappi, Instagram, Google Maps, WhatsApp). We do not control their content and assume no responsibility for their privacy practices or terms of use.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on this site. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of Bogotá, Colombia.
